Capture every change - Many changes happen on site when you do not have access to your personal computer. Diamonds Mobile Manager enables you to capture change on your mobile phone. Our phone app will automatically capture the time and place of the change using the phones GPS locator. And because the phone knows the location of the change Auto Manager is able to recover the project name and number. Easy to use features allow you to take photos, record voice memo’s and enter any other relevant details. Once complete this information is allocated a unique reference number and transmitted back to your office to be processed in accordance with your variation management process.

Implement and manage your process - Once you have captured a change it is important that it follows the correct process. Sometimes this may be your internal process and other times NEC3 or JCT. Whatever the process, Process Manager enables you to configure your systems and procedures to match your requirements. When contract terms dictate Diamonds Auto Manager allows you to set automatic messages to remind people that tasks need to be completed within an agreed time frame. And, if necessary send escalation alerts to remind managers and supervisors of incomplete tasks and work activities. This ensures that you are able to meet all your project deadlines.

Provide a cost estimate - If required, Diamonds Process Manager provides you with a template costing sheets that will enable you to produce accurate and elegant cost estimates for both internal and external use as part of your change management process.

Report and analyse - Diamonds Reports Manager provides you with summary dashboards and detailed reports about the current and historic status of all project changes. Audit Manager along with powerful search and reporting capabilities gives you complete visibility of the status of any changes that can be viewed by means of lists, charts and graphs revealing detailed analytics.
