MTD Training is an International Management Training Specialist. They deliver customised and open management training courses.
MTD were looking for a way to reduce costs and improve their ability to scale the delivery of their 360 Degree Survey Management Solution. They had previously looked at other survey tools but could not find a solution to match their requirements.
As each survey by its nature is different MTD’s process for conducting a survey was to outsource the development. Once produced the Survey was then hosted on a web server so their client could send out a link to all the participants advising them of its availability. Once a survey was completed by a participant an email response form to the Survey was sent to the administrators at MTD.
MTD administrators had to manually collate the responses sent via each email into Microsoft Excel. Excel data was then used to complete a training report in Microsoft Word that contained all the responses and analysis. Each Survey took on average 2 days to prepare. The process was labour intensive and prone to human error. This process was not only costly and time consuming but limited the number of Surveys that could be undertaken at any one moment in time.

Diamonds Studio Process Manager provided a platform that was able to fully automate the design, production and delivery of Surveys. Through using this capability MTD were able to build a Survey and brand it with their client's logos and corporate colours. Moreover, automated template forms enabled them to set up a Survey in less than 2 minutes meaning that they are no longer restricted to the number of Surveys they could conduct on their client’s behalf.
Diamonds Studio Auto Manager enabled MTD to automate the notification of surveys to all participants. And once completed the Survey results were automatically collected and collated in real time.
Diamonds Studio Reports Manager provided elegant and consistent Survey reports that could be issued to all MTD participants.
