Once complete this information is allocated a unique reference number and transmitted back to your office to be processed in accordance with your change management process.

Management by exception - In addition to the normal reminders and alerts relating to your day to day activities you will also receive any escalation alerts relating to the parameters that you have set around your KPI’s. These could be anything from a breach of compliance to a shortfall in a revenue forecast.
