Diamonds Studio central object repository addressed the integration issues and enabled equest to provide a single unified view of their business processes and information.
Diamonds Studio Process Manager made it possible to recreate equest’s business processes. This enabled lead processing which involved importing leads and managing the human process of de-duping, data cleaning, lead qualification and opportunity allocation. And quotation management which involved creating client quotations and managing the revisions, approvals and client delivery processes.
Diamonds Auto Manager used in combination with Collaboration Manager was able to provide process automation which involved scheduling tasks, meetings, reminders and alerts to enable clear collaboration across the distributed business.
Diamonds Reports Manager was used to forecast the sales pipeline and to produce elegant and consistent reports. Dashboard reporting provided summary information and in combination with Diamonds Auto Manager delivered exception alerts if KPI tolerances were reached.
