• Sending reminders to people of up and coming activities or tasks that they need to complete.
• Automating the completion of forms with static information that already exists.
• Triggering alerts if KPI’s are not being met.
• Automatically capturing and attaching emails to the events or activities to which they relate.
• Time based escalation triggers to notify people if tasks or deadlines are not being met.
• Requesting for approval or authorisation of documents or activities.
• Providing template forms for completion of tasks and activities.

Extend automation to other applications and data sources - Although the Diamonds Process Manager engine implicitly executes events within Diamonds Solutions and the tasks associated with them, additional events can be configured that bring even more extensibility to the solutions, allowing for true Business Process Management (BPM).

Connections to other applications and data sources can be relatively easily configured by means of events wizards, comprising of a series of screens that allow for step-by-step configuration. Events can entail a call to a Database Function or XML compliant Services, allowing for the retrieval and/or manipulation of data in internal or external databases and systems. This allows for extensive integration of your work activities with the other systems that provide vital information for the operation of your business.

The integration methods adopted and supported are based on industry standards such as PL/SQL via standard Oracle connection methods and XML Compliant Web services.

Attach events to your processes - Auto Manager actions can be configured to execute at any point in a configured process or work activity, such as Start of Business Process, End of Business Process, When status Changed, When status reached, giving you the flexibility to embed automation wherever benefit can be derived.
