ReportsReports within Diamonds are available in various formats; single-level lists of data or multiple level drill-down data reports are available. When configuring a report in the Reports Designer, relevant selection criteria can be configured which are then made available to the user at the point of running the report. Their choice of selection criteria will then be used in order to filter the results of the report. A simple example of selection criteria is the date selection options. When selection criteria options are applied as part of the report design, form tabs are automatically generated which then display these selection criteria options to the user when accessing the report in the application. Reports can be configured with pre-determined formats which are applied when the report is run by the user. This allows reports to be generated and exported immediately to applications such as Excel, HTML Browsers and Email applications. Alternatively, any report that is displayed on forms within the Diamonds application can also be easily exported in various formats, such as Excel, Word, CSV, PDF and XML. |
