The Campaign Dashboard provides graphs and lists of information that allow the user to have a quick overview of the current state and/or the success of each campaign.
The lists and graphs are able to display different information, such as unsubscribe, open and click through rates for each campaign. For more in-depth analysis of email campaign success information can be displayed that monitors which pages that campaign recipents have visited on your site and the order that these pages were visited in. |

Leads dashboard |

The Leads Dashboard provides graphs and lists of information that allow the user to have a quick overview of the state of his/her leads.
The dashboard is able to display different information, with the example screenshot here being the standard showing items for information about leads that have or have not been contacted along with information as to whether leads require contact or have outstanding tasks associated to them. |

Opportunities dashboard |

The Opportunities Dashboard provides a selection of lists and graphs that give the user a quick insight and overview of important opportunity related information.
The dashboard is able to display different information, with the example screenshot here being the standard showing items for information such as Key Opportunities, Contacted status, Quarterly Forecast values (Target vs Forecast), and Pipeline status. |

Forecast dashboard |

The Forecast Summary Dashboard provides the user with Dials, Graphs and Lists that display information that helps the user understanding their current position and performance.
This example screenshot is the standard Forecast Dashboard and includes a Dial and Graph that show forecast totals and how they compare to targets, allowing a user to continously know how they are performing. Lists are also present that contain information about actual figures by quarter. A drill down option is also available with the lists allowing users to quickly get to the opportunities that make up the overall quarters forecast. |

Calendar |

Our solution offers a fully functional calendar, allowing you to schedule your meetings, add attendees and set reminders.
A special calendar view is also available in each lead and opportunity properties forms, which will display tasks and activities that are specific to that lead or opportunity only. |

Task Management Summary |

The Task Management Summary screen presents the user with a summary dashboard showing the users various information about the current state of their task list.
A second tab page is also available which allows users to filter and search on their lists of tasks, along with advanced formatting that that draws the users attention to task that are overdue etc. |

Multiple visible property forms |

The techniques and methods we have adopted in developing our web based user interface, allows for multiple forms to be open simultaneously within the same browser window.
Better usability and productivity is acheived when using the our solution as you don't need to get yourself in a mess with having multiple browser tabs or new browser windows opens in order to switch between information screens. |

To allow users to access information quickly and easily, Diamonds Sales Performance solution provides multi-level lists that allow users to drill down
to related information.
The example screenshot provided here shows an example from the Opportunities list, where drilling down displays related contacts, tasks and best practice topic items. |
