Customise to YOUR needs

Configuring your organisations own sales workflows and best practices is a relatively simple process.

This first screenshot shows an example sales workflow. New statuses or milestones can be simply added and positioned in the flow and new tasks can be associated to each status. Tasks can be repeatable sales tasks or can be tasks that are related directly to your configured best practices.

An example of the benefit to this flexibility with tasks is that you can duplicate a current workflow with all of its associated best practices, but modify it slightly with the addition of some variant tasks.
Through the flexible reporting features in the solution you are then able to compare the sales outcome of different sales workflows against each other, which will further accommodate the fine tuning of your best practices.

Your actual best practices can be configured as individual topics as shown in the example screenshot below. Topics are the solutions way of grouping your best practices for monitoring and measurement purposes. These topics are associated to the different statuses in the sales workflow.
